Bulk Wine

Suppliers in Winescape can list bulk wine, submit to bulk Tenders, negotiate a sale, check out a Buyer via their own Creditorwatch login and manage documents and delivery of the sale post contract. If a Supplier requires cash quickly then they may engage BUTN to take on the buy invoice and pay out the debt prior to terms. Suppliers may also use the Winescapes Indice to assist them to decide what their excess bulk wine is worth. Buyers may request samples of listed wine, create Tenders for bulk wine they wish to purchase, negotiate a sale and receive documents for a concluded contract through their Winescape registration. At any one time Winescape holds between 15 and 30 million litres of bulk wine listed from wineries across the country. The listed volume is the tip of the ice burg. To access bulk wine that is not listed we broadcast Tenders. A Tender for bulk wine shows wine a Buyer wishes to purchase under a given set of conditions. Suppliers may also use Winescapes Indice to assist them to decide what their excess bottled wine is worth. Buyers may create a shortlist of bottled wine that is of interest, request samples and create Tenders for bottled wine they wish to purchase. A Buyer may also negotiate a sale and receive documents for a concluded contract through their Winescape registration. The Bottled Market holds between 50,000 and 100,000 cases of bottled wine listed from wineries across the country. As with the Bulk Market this volume is the is the tip of the ice burg. To access bottled wine not listed we broadcast Tenders. A Tender for bottled wine shows wine a Buyer wishes to purchase under a given set of conditions. The Winescape Bottled Market is a low cost method of distributing wine to markets where a Supplier has poor traditional distribution or where they have no distribution at all. Winescape is not confined to geographical boundaries so our company can deliver leads for bottled wine from anywhere in the world.

Suppliers may also use the Winescapes Indice to assist them to decide what their fruit is worth. Buyers may search through listings of fruit and lodge Fruit Requests for parcels they are interested in. Buyers may also create Tenders for fruit they wish to purchase, negotiate a sale and receive documents for a concluded contract through their Winescape registration. The Winescape Fruit Market is in it’s infancy and has worked as an efficient spot market at vintage. Grower and winemaker relationships are localised and entrenched within the Australian wine industry. Winescape works as a quick means for winemakers to access fruit when they are too busy to contact their fruit supply network or where they do not have a network of contacts in a given GI. Our challenge for this market is to introduce out of region buyers to growers and offer them alternative options for the sale of fruit.
