Out of Market Contract

Description

At Winescape we can raise a Contract Note for transactions that you’ve concluded outside of our market. This means your transaction will be easily understood by both parties and you can use Winescape features like Post Trade Document upload and access to BUTN financing. To take up this service pay the fee and then contact Pete Allnutt or Chris Jarrott and we’ll make sure that you have a document that spells out the obligations of both parties.

After we’ve been paid we then need a) Contact Details of both parties to the transaction. b) Details of the traded product and c) Details of the deal that has been discussed. If the deal is only half way through then we just need to get the details as they currently sit.

NOTE: We do not bill commissions for Out of Market Contracts. The only fee applicable is the admin fee advertised below.
